Minoan Experience
Role:
Product Ops Intern
Industry:
Retail Technology
Problem
As Minoan scaled, product naming, images, and category structure were inconsistent across brands and promotions. That created avoidable friction for internal teams, increased pricing/SKU error risk during launches, and made it harder to maintain clear, consistent brand presentation across the site.

Approach
Audited product content, microsites, and promotional workflows to identify inconsistency and error points
Built standardized frameworks for product naming, product descriptions, and microsite content structure
Organized category/attribute rules so products rendered correctly across the site and internal systems
Supported weekly promotional launches by validating pricing, SKUs, and assets through a repeatable workflow
Execution
I translated ad-hoc content and promotion work into reusable templates and checks, collaborating across operations, design, and merchandising. I then applied these standards in production: cleaning product data, preparing imagery, and supporting CMS uploads so launches were faster and more consistent week over week.
Impact
Standardized 500+ product names to reduce ambiguity and improve consistency across the catalog
Prepared 500 product images for platform use across brand pages and promotions
Reworked content structure across 5 brand microsites to improve clarity and consistency
Connected 300+ taxonomy lines (categories/attributes) to improve accuracy across systems
Executed 10 consecutive weeks of Deals of the Week launches
Supported weekly featured sets of 20–30 SKUs per brand during promotional rollouts
